Kindly note that we only send invitation letters for already registered participants.

Make sure that you register and apply early enough for the training course!

The following additional data is obligatory required from you in order to obtain a VISA invitation letter:

• Address
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number
• Passport expiry number
• Valid congress registration

Important:
In case of not being able to attend the congress, having received an invitation letter:
Notify valve[at]maw.co.at immediately.
Otherwise MAW will have to report abuse of invitation letter and/ or issued visa to the according embassy!
